As finished-mesh requirements become more varied, equipment selection can no longer be based on machine width alone. Factory Testing Before Shipment

Before delivery, a wire mesh production line must operate as a coordinated system rather than as a collection of separate machines. Payoff, straightening, cross-wire feeding, welding, mesh pulling and finished-product handling all need to follow the same production rhythm. A mismatch at one station can reduce output or create dimensional errors further down the line.

For international equipment projects, successful delivery extends beyond loading the machine into a container. The customer also needs a practical plan for foundation and line placement, power and air preparation, installation, first production, operator training and routine maintenance.
