Chicken Cage Mesh Welding Machine

XFW-1200 / XFW-1600 — An automatic welded-mesh line for poultry cages, rabbit hutches, quail enclosures and other light livestock fencing.

Product Overview

The XFW series integrates wire payoff, straightening, resistance welding, automatic cross-wire feeding, servo mesh pulling and cutting into one coordinated process. It improves output consistency while reducing manual handling and the number of operators required per shift.

Key Features

  • Automatic wire payoff and straightening for flat finished panels
  • 125 KVA water-cooled transformers with temperature protection
  • Chromium-zirconium copper reversible electrode blocks
  • Cross-wire hopper with gripper detection and one-wire-at-a-time feeding
  • Panasonic servo-driven mesh pulling with low cumulative error
  • PLC touchscreen control, fault detection and automatic alarm shutdown
