GWC1600 / GWC2500 — A fully integrated line for continuous, high-precision production of reinforcing mesh panels or rolls from 3–8 mm wire.
Product Overview
The GWC1600/2500 automatic reinforcing mesh welding line pays off, straightens, feeds, welds, pulls, cuts and coils steel wire with minimal manual intervention. Sensors and a central PLC coordinate every station, while chromium-zirconium copper electrodes and water-cooled transformers keep weld quality stable during long production runs.
Key Features
- Continuous longitudinal-wire monitoring with shortage and break alarms
- Servo-indexed cross-wire feeding and synchronized wire accumulation
- Up to 80 welding cycles per minute with closed-loop water cooling
- Automatic cutting for panels and optional coiling for roll output
- Touchscreen recipes, station-level diagnostics and safe alarm shutdown
- Custom mesh width, transformer capacity, electrode count and automation level
