GWC1200 / 1600 / 2100 / 2500 / 3000B — A servo-driven automatic line for rigid fence panels, perimeter barriers and architectural welded mesh.
Product Overview
The GWC-B series feeds longitudinal wire from support frames, places pre-cut cross wire automatically, welds every intersection and advances the finished panel with a servo pulling carriage. Central PLC control synchronizes wire feed, welding current and pull length for accurate mesh with minimal operator intervention.
Key Features
- Automatic cross-wire placement for continuous production
- Adjustable mesh pitch and panel dimensions through touchscreen recipes
- Rigid welding cabinet and durable copper-alloy electrodes
- Water-cooled transformer bank for stable long-shift operation
- Servo pulling for repeatable panel length and diagonal accuracy
- Compatible with black annealed and galvanized wire
