GWC1200 / 1600 / 2100 / 2500 / 3000B — A CNC line for accurate roll and panel mesh used in building, flooring, pathways, temporary works and general fabrication.
Product Overview
This construction mesh welding line combines servo-controlled pulling, PLC-coordinated welding and a rigid electrode/transformer assembly to hold repeatable dimensions across long runs. It is designed for manufacturers moving from semi-automatic production to faster changeovers, lower labor demand and stable weld quality.
Key Features
- Panasonic servo motor and planetary reducer for precise mesh pulling
- 10-million-cycle compression springs and positioned wire guides
- 125 KVA water-cooled transformer banks
- Automatic cross-wire hopper with gripper-sensor confirmation
- Touchscreen control for mesh dimensions and all station parameters
- Choice of automatic cutting or rolling at the end of the line
